These co-ed classes are designed to help kids 5 years and over develop their gymnastics skills in a supportive and energetic environment. We have four levels of progression, from beginner to advanced, ensuring that every child can learn and grow at their own pace.

Jungle Jumpers

This class introduces fundamental gymnastics concepts to kids under 5 years. Skills such weight transfer, balancing, and landing safely. Teaching tools are used to reinforce non-gymnastics concepts including colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and object identification, fostering both physical and cognitive development.

1hr private tumbling lesson for ages 7 and up, from beginner to advanced. Ideal for cheerleaders or gymnasts looking to add handsprings, tucks, or just practice their tumbling.
